About Rikolto
Sustainable income for farmers and nutritious, affordable food for all: that is what Rikolto works for. Rikolto is an international network organisation with more than 50 years’ experience in partnering with farmer organisations and food chain stakeholders across Africa, Asia, Europe and LatinAmerica.
Rikolto has a global team driven by over 216 people worldwide of 20 different nationalities, based in 5 offices across the world. We work around three global programmes: Sustainable Rice for All, Sustainable Cocoa and Coffee, and Good Food for Cities.
The five regions within Rikolto's network structure are supported by a Global Support Team. This team performs key advisory roles and provides shared services such as finance, monitoring & evaluation, people & organisation, communications and fundraising for the organisation. Within this team, we are now looking for reinforcement in the area of monitoring, evaluation & learning.
At the core of our approach lies a strong commitment to monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). This enables us to generate evidence, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement across all our programmes. The Global Support Team in charge of MEL has recently developed the Rikolto MEL Insights Platform, an online system designed to capture, store, analyse and visualise MEL data across Rikolto programmes globally. The platform features interfaces for data entry and interactive dashboards.
